Custom items that have been stamped cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty or does not match the order details.
IF ITEM RECEIVED IS NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED:
If the item received does not match what was ordered, i.e. incorrect text, birthstone or metal color, customers must contact us within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. After 7 days of receipt, all sales are final.
Buyer will be offered a full refund or exchange.
IF YOUR JEWELRY IS FAULTY:
If an item breaks, the buyer must contact us within a reasonable time frame.
In most cases a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered (depending on the time frame). This will be dealt with on a case by case basis and the buyer may be responsible for shipping charges.
